Acoustic.

Charcoal on paper. Any uncanny resemblance to Rajinkanth is pure coincidence.
First attempts at trying to draw things straight out of my head. :)

A few things I enjoyed the most while creating this...

lovely work, prasad. the expression on the musicians face is brilliant. would love if you could do similar on indian instruments - like the veena/sithar/flute. see this from the pallava sculptor

@varun, sathanga & Suman: Thanks :)

@Alagiri: Irish!?! All we need to do is replace the guitar with a banjo! ;)

@Vj: Definitely will give it a shot. I was just experiment with charcoal and trying to draw things out of imagination. Temple art is still my fav! :)

Hi,

First time to your blog. You should post more sketches. I use to paint, mainly oil painting and have tried charcoal for a michael jackson's portrait.

Nice work :)
